English Lavender - any red flowers that are similar?

I saw a centerpiece with sunflowers and English lavender that I would like to re-create… but, instead of using lavender I would like to replace it with something that is about the same size and shape, but that is red. Does anyone know of a flower that looks like lavender but is red?
